Hi, I’m Kate!
With over 8 years of experience as an accomplished Interior Designer, I’ve had the privilege of co-founding a thriving 8-figure interior design firm and developing innovative concepts like the IPA Framework – Interior Personality Analysis™. Along the way, I was honored to be named one of Singapore’s top inspiring female designers in 2022 by Tatler, with my works featured in leading magazines and MediaCorp dramas.
In 2023 and 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to share the stage with global thought leaders like Robert Kiyosaki, Nick Vujicic, and Kevin O’Leary, further fueling my passion for inspiring others. Most recently, my new book, Design Your Escape, achieved Amazon Bestseller status, marking another milestone in my journey of creativity and growth.
But my path hasn’t been without challenges. I’ve faced moments of doubt, struggled with closing rates, and even questioned whether I was on the right track. These experiences inspired me to create the EASY Formula™ through Next Level Academy and WLEM Academy, empowering aspiring designers to find clarity and achieve success in their own journey.
Today, I’m taking everything I’ve learned—my design expertise, storytelling skills, and love for creating meaningful connections—and channeling it into an exciting new venture:
